Our Mission
At Fylde Community Care, our mission is to provide compassionate and reliable home health care services to our clients. We strive to improve their quality of life and help them maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.
Experienced and Supportive
In Lytham St Anne's since 2004. At Fylde Community Care we understand that some of the daily routines many people take for granted can become difficult or restrictive. We offer local home care services and home care support to help you continue to enjoy life to its fullest and to help you to remain independent. Our friendly Care and Support Workers can help with all aspects of home care provision including personal care, companionship, sitting services, domestic help, meal preparation and shopping. If there is something that is not listed that does not mean that we cannot provide that service and we take a very positive approach to the services that our customers may need. If you tell us what you need we can then discuss with you to see if we can find out a way to meet that need. Our home care support services not only help you with care at home but can also extend to supporting you in the community, assisting in your sense of inclusion and well being.

Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming home health care .
Care for Dementia Patients
Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
